The 616 had its fair share of charging issues, but the two major problems was to light of a circuit, and the high heat produced by the Onan engine! This service section takes care of the Rectifier area of the charging system running new heavy duty circuitry from the Stator to the rectifier and plug.  Don't guess. Get the best!  B&B wiring system circuitry! Plugs into the OEM circuitry.
