B&B 6V Generators go through a whole process of getting torn down, tanked, shot blasted so they are just as clean inside as they are outside. New components and new or rewound Armatures are installed. Once together, the units are run on our 881 machine and put through numberous load tests. If they pass our specifications, they are ready to rock n' roll and be put into service.  Our 6V Generators can also be set up and dialed in with a new optional Voltage Regulator which eliminates the need for the 3 position Headlight/Charging switch. A nice upgrade to the 6 volt system!
