1601-32 Rebuilt Zenith 11588 For D17 Gas Tractor
Every B&B rebuilt Carburetor is torn down and accessed of what is needed to get them back in tip top shape. Once accessed, the cleaning cycle starts. Heavy dirt & grime are removed by hand. Next, each Carburetor goes into the cleaning tank for a day or two depending on how dirty they are. After the tank soaking, a soap wash and blow dry is next. The first inspection is checking for damaged areas or parts. The Carburetor now heads to the Glassbeader for full cleaning inside and out. Anther soap wash and blow dry to remove any glassbead and residue. Inspection #2 takes place checking for fuel bowl or mounting flange hairline cracks. After #2 inspection it's off to the assembly bench for any brass parts polishing, throttle shaft work, and final assembly with top quality rebuilding kits and replacement parts.
